ABOUT CIRSCO
After spending 27 years with roofing product
manufacturers, suppliers and installation
contractors CIRSCO was incorporated in 2002 by
Hig Rodriguez Dillinger to provide roof
consulting and project management expertise to
multiple-facility building owners.
Recognizing the need to ensure absolute
control over the quality of work on projects
that it managed, CIRSCO obtained its roofing
contractor's license, insurance and worker's
compensation to self-perform roofing &
waterproofing services. Today, CIRSCO is able
to blend the expertise, care and concern of a
roof consultant with the best field talent
available.
CIRSCO developed a unique orientation
program with potential and new employees to
help them understand their value and their role
in our business efforts. As a result, CIRSCO is
able to attract and keep some of the best and
most-experienced field talent who serve in a
partnership to help drive new business
development and customer retention.
Our business model has also attracted
manufacturers and suppliers who are committed
to the same business values and focus on the
very marketplaces that we serve. In most
product or system categories we are licensed by
those manufacturers who originally developed
the solutions and have the longest track record
of in-place performance for their type of
system.
Our focus on safety training continues to
return dividends. CIRSCO recently completed
another 12-month policy year and, as it has
been throughout our five year history, we have
not had any incidents, accidents, injuries,
lost days or even so much as a scratch or dent
under our General Liability, Workers
Compensation or Auto policies. Proving that
"Safety is No Accident" we will continue to
provide training and focus to our employees to
deliver to our customers the most risk free
service possible.
During the past 35 years we have seen
dynamic changes in the commercial &
industrial roofing marketplace. In the
seventies it was a worldwide oil crisis that
dictated a tremendous need for energy
efficiency in all of this country's new and
existing facilities. In the eighties, the
industry experienced the dynamics of entirely
new sets of materials some of which were the
direct result of the oil crisis.
In the nineties we were able to analyze how
well the new products and systems performed
after some years in place. We also experienced
catastrophes with windstorms and hurricanes
that dramatically affected installation
methods, contractor licensing and code
revisions. In the present decade, a series of
severe weather conditions taught us that better
performance through building code revisions was
still necessary.
Today, there is focus on "Building Green" and
energy saving, heat reflecting "white" roofs
that make it all the more necessary for
building owners and property managers to get
advice from a qualified professional to ensure
quality products, systems and services at fair
prices. That help will continue to be available
from CIRSCO over the next several decades as
well.
With two generations already working in the
business and the third generation already
walking the planet our family-owned business
will continue to grow and expand into
additional market areas to better serve our
national and regional customers.
